Terms governing a Boomerang Bet account, balance and transaction

Last updated: 21 September 2026.

These Terms and Conditions describe the contractual rules that apply to registration, account use, sports betting, casino games, promotions, deposits, withdrawals, verification, safer-gambling controls and complaints. The current terms displayed during registration and inside the account remain binding if a product rule or promotional notice is updated.

A customer should not deposit or place a wager without understanding the applicable age, location and identity requirements. Acceptance of the terms does not remove the obligation to check event rules, game instructions or a promotion’s separate conditions.

Eligibility and one-account rule

An account holder must meet the legal gambling age, have legal capacity, use the service only where permitted and provide accurate personal information. One person may hold one account unless written approval states otherwise. Duplicate, shared, transferred or fictitious profiles can be suspended and reviewed.

The account must be used for personal entertainment. Acting for another person, selling access, using third-party payment methods or concealing the beneficial owner of funds is prohibited. Changes to name, address, email, phone or payment ownership should be reported promptly.

Registration, credentials and security

The customer is responsible for protecting login credentials and for activity completed through the authenticated account unless unauthorised access is reported and established. A unique password and additional authentication should be used where available. Support does not require the password or full card security code.

The service can restrict login, require a password reset or request additional verification when device, location, payment or behavioural signals indicate risk. A security hold is not a completed withdrawal decision.

Deposits and the nature of account balances

Deposits must come from a method owned by the account holder. The cashier shows supported currencies, networks, minimums, maximums, fees and processing status. Published general thresholds begin around the local-currency equivalent of £17, but a method can impose another amount.

Cash, bonus, free-bet and locked balances are not interchangeable. Promotional credit can have turnover, maximum-stake, odds, game and expiry conditions. An account display error does not convert bonus credit into unrestricted cash.

Sports wagers and settlement

A wager becomes valid when accepted by the system and assigned a ticket reference. A selection placed at a displayed price is not accepted until confirmation. In-play delay, suspension or price movement can occur before acceptance. The settled ticket records the controlling market, odds and stake.

Markets are settled using the applicable event rules and official result source. Abandonment, postponement, dead heat, participant withdrawal, venue change and obvious pricing errors can produce void or adjusted settlement. Cash out is discretionary and may be suspended, reduced or removed before confirmation.

  • Minimum sports stake is generally 0.50 in the account currency.
  • Maximum stakes can depend on sport, market, price, account and risk controls.
  • Related or contradictory selections can be rejected in a builder or accumulator.
  • A void leg can change accumulator odds and promotional eligibility.
  • Settlement disputes should identify the ticket ID and cited market rule.

Casino games and interrupted rounds

Casino outcomes are generated and recorded by the relevant game system. The game rules, paytable, RTP information and feature mechanics should be opened before play. An interrupted display does not automatically cancel a completed server-side round.

After a disconnection, the customer should check game history and balance before repeating the action. A disputed round should include provider, game, time, stake and round ID. Manipulation, automated play, collusion, exploitation of faults or attempts to influence software are prohibited.

Promotional conditions

Each promotion can specify eligible players, activation, code, deposit range, minimum odds, game contribution, turnover base, maximum bet, expiry, excluded methods and withdrawal effect. The specific promotion rules supplement these Terms. Where they conflict on a promotion-only issue, the specific rules govern.

Examples published for Boomerang Bet include a 100% sports match up to £170, a £8 support-activated free bet, a 50% reload up to £425, cashback and casino spins. These values are not permanent contractual promises. Bonus abuse, coordinated play, hedging intended to eliminate risk or disproportionate low-risk wagering can lead to cancellation after review.

Withdrawals, verification and review time

A withdrawal must use an available method in the account holder’s name. The general minimum is around £8 equivalent and crypto can begin around £25. Method limits, VIP status and cumulative daily or monthly ceilings apply. A requested withdrawal can remain pending during verification, fraud, AML, source-of-funds or bonus review.

Published processing terms allow up to 96 business hours for account handling before the external provider or blockchain completes settlement. Missing documents, mismatched ownership, network errors, chargeback history or an active bonus can extend or prevent payment. The customer should not initiate a chargeback to bypass the complaint process.

Prohibited conduct and account action

Prohibited conduct includes fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, duplicate accounts, identity misuse, third-party funding, collusion, automated abuse, exploitation of errors, manipulation of promotions, unlawful access and harassment of staff. The service may investigate, restrict functions, withhold disputed amounts, void affected transactions or close an account where the terms and law permit.

Any action should be proportionate to the identified issue and preserve undisputed funds where legally possible. The customer can ask for the reason and use the complaint process, subject to disclosure limits that protect security and third parties.

Safer gambling, suspension and closure

Deposit, loss, wager and session limits, cooling-off, self-exclusion and closure can restrict access. Self-exclusion must not be treated as a temporary marketing preference. Attempts to create another account during exclusion can lead to closure and additional controls.

Either party may close an account under the applicable terms. Closure does not erase obligations, pending investigations, lawful retention or undisputed withdrawal rights. Promotional credit may be removed when the account ends.

Complaints and governing provisions

A complaint should be submitted through the current support route with the account email, chronology, ticket or transaction IDs, amount, rule relied upon and requested outcome. Support acknowledgement is not the final decision. Escalation and external-dispute routes depend on the legal entity and jurisdiction stated in the live terms.

If one provision is invalid, the remaining terms continue where legally possible. Delay in enforcing a rule does not permanently waive it. Material changes should be dated and communicated through the site or account.
